In exchange we provide our staff with great pay and allowances and treat them with respect within a flexible and very organized environment. Staff are covered by our Workers’ Compensation, Public Liability and Medical Indemnity Insurance. Depending on the contract, most staff are paid superannuation, provided with a full set of equipment and work under the standing orders of our doctor with a handbook of procedures and guidelines.
